Kisimul and Clisham Awards – Adult Volunteer Awards

Kisimul and Clisham Awards are for adult volunteers.

Volunteer Centre Western Isles have developed these awards to recognise and celebrate adult volunteers in our community and the contribution they make in our islands.

Volunteering should be done by choice and free will and is not a paid role.

If you are involved in an organisation, you can request one of the following awards to recognise and celebrate your volunteers:

• Kisimul Award: for any of your regular volunteers or for a volunteer who has participated in a one-off volunteering event
• Clisham Award: for any volunteer that has made an outstanding contribution or for their long-term commitment

Applications can be made at any time.
