Volunteer Network Managers Forum
The Volunteer Centre Western Isles run networking lunches for volunteer managers twice a year. The VOLNET meetings are very informal and offer managers the chance to get together and catch up.
We recognise that volunteer managers are very busy people and whilst many find taking a break for an hour or so twice a year to be very rewarding not everyone can make the meetings.
Volnets take place in Lewis, Harris, Uist and Barra and we also online for Western Isles wide attendance.
If you would like to attend one in your local area, get in touch with us at info@volunteercentrewi.org or contact your local Volunteer Centre Development Worker.
Email updates:
We are often asked to pass out information on consultations, funding, training and events in between our 2 meetings a year. To enable us to do this better, we are currently in the process of setting up a number of virtual interest networks.
You can also sign up to go on our mailing list for national and local updates - we aim to get the balance between sharing too much and not enough information right.
