Social Inclusion Scotland Webinars

Social Inclusion Scotland are running a number of insightful webinar sessions taking place this week, offering free expert guidance and tackling some challenging topics. As restrictions on society are gradually lifted, we’ve been thinking about how we can support the third and social enterprise sector to prepare for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

We have partnered with Social Shifters, as well as our legal and accountancy partners, to bring you a series of informative and insightful webinars focused on ‘Restructures, Mergers and Routes to New Markets‘. These sessions will offer both professional insight and first-hand experience from fellow social enterprises of having to manage a range of change options, both for business survival and future growth. Learn more and register here.

The sessions will take place next week from the 7 to the 9 July and cover the following topics:

Restructuring Teams and Employment Law; Avoiding Insolvency Related Liability ; Leadership, Mental Health and Redundancy Programmes; Critical Cashflow and Forward Planning; Using data to pivot and add value to business; Charity Mergers.
