Scotland’s Women Stand – Regional Event in Stornoway 7th September

Scotland’s Women Stand is a movement to support and empower the women of Scotland to stand for political office. A major focus of this movement is a massive event we’re hosting at the Scottish Parliament on 7th September, where we’re bringing 400 women together for an inspirational day of keynote speeches, workshops, and networking.
Alongside the Scottish Parliament event and also on Saturday, 7th September, we’re running four “regional hubs” across the country and one of these four regional hubs will be taking place at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar in Stornoway, on 7th September, from 9:30AM – 3PM. The event is completely free to attend.
